NOTICE OF EVIDENTIARY HEARINGS West Virginia-American Water Company (WVAWC) and the Lincoln County Commission jointly filed an application for Commission consent and approval for WVAWC to acquire the water utility assets of the Lincoln Public Service District following its dissolution by the Lincoln County Commission. The Commission will conduct an evidentiary hearing beginning at 1 p.m. on July 23, 2026 in the Howard M.
