IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 26-JA-27 KAYSHA KNOX, biological mother of infant A.T.K., whose date of birth is April 24, 2026 and UNKNOWN FATHER of infant A.T.K., whose date of birth is April 24, 2026, natural child of Kaysha Knox.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Human Services, has filed a petition alleging that the UNKNOWN FATHER has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of A.T.K, whose date of birth is April 24, 2026. It is ORDERED that UNKNOWN FATHER of A.T.K., natural child of KAYSHA KNOX is to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 2nd day of July, 2026 at 12:15 p.m. for a Adjudication and Disposition Hearing if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise UNKNOWN FATHER of infant A.T.K., whose date of birth is April 24, 2026, may adjudicated as an abusive and neglectful parent and his parental rights may be terminated.
