PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City of Oak Hill's Board of Zoning Appeals at its meeting on Monday, July 6, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., will consider the following requests for Use & Variance Permits, in the Council Meeting Room at Oak Hill City Hall.

V-128-26-1: Request of Deborah Anne Harding, for a Zoning Variance as required by Sections 15.04.010 "Terms" and 15.38.020 "Accessory Uses and Structures" to place an Accessory Structure on a vacant parcel in the R-2 Medium Density Residential District at 49 Clay Avenue, Oak Hill, WV 25901 (Parcel 09-24-267).

U-137-26-1: Request of Christopher Toler/T3 Properties LLC, for a Conditional Use Permit as required by Section 15.10.040 "Land Use Table" for a Storage Yard in the B-2 General Business District at 116 Mall Road, Oak Hill, WV 25901 (Parcel 09-4-164).

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the City of Oak Hill's Board of Zoning Appeals during its meeting of Monday, July 6, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Meeting Room at Oak Hill City Hall, will review and discuss various administrative, procedural, and policy matters relating to the operations of the Board, including variance procedures and criteria and internal administrative and application procedures.

Anyone wishing to be heard on these matters should be present.
