ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of the above-entitled action is to obtain the Court’s authority to settle and compromise the wrongful death claim of the Estate of Donna Sue Lanham, along with the distribution of the proceeds, by Matthew W. Duff, as Administrator of the Estate of Donna Sue Lanham. The Petitioner states Jonathan Allan Tucker and Christopher Townsend are statutory beneficiaries under West Virginia Code 55-7-6. It appearing by affidavits filed in this action, that the Petitioner has used due diligence to ascertain the residence or wherabouts of the Respondents Jonathan Allan Tucker and Christopher Townsend, without effect; it is ordered that said Respondents, Jonathan Allen Tucker and Christopher Townsend serve upon Bradley H. Layne, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 210, Point Pleasant, WV 25550, an answer or defense to the Petition filed in this action on or before July 27, 2026 at 1:00 p.m., otherwise judgment by default may be rendered against them at any time thereafter.
