IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 25-JA-67 GABRIELLA PARKER, biological mother of infant A.P. whose date of birth is October 31, 2022, and UNKNOWN FATHER of infant A.P., whose date of birth is October 31, 2022, natural child of Gabriella Parker. The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Human Services, has filed a petition alleging that the UNKNOWN FATHER has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of A.P., whose date of birth is October 31, 2022. It is ORDERED that UNKNOWN FATHER of A.P., natural child of Gabriella Parker is to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 2nd day of July, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. for a Adjudication and Disposition Hearing if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the UNKNOWN FATHER OF infant A.P., whose date of birth is October 31, 2022, may adjudicated as an abusive and neglectful parent and his parental rights may be terminated.
