ENFORCEMENT ORDINANCE
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 7th day of July, 2026 in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 10:00 AM, the Raleigh County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing for the consideration of changes to the Raleigh County Code Enforcement ordinance. Changes will be considered to the following chapters:
Article 4 Existing Building Codes:
Section 1607 Ground Snow Load
Table R 101.2(1)
A Copy of the proposed amendment may be reviewed in the office of the County Commission located at 116 North Heber Street, Beckley, WV or the Raleigh County Code Enforcement Office located at 203 South Eisenhower Drive, Beckley, WV
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above. Written comments concerning this matter received by July 6th, 2026 will be considered.
