Notice is hereby given that on the 15th day of July 2026
at 3:00 ‘clock P.M. on the said day, or as soon thereafter
as the matter ay be heard, before the Honorable Judge
Charles R. Wilson, vy Grace Butler will apply by Petition
to the Circuit Court of Wetzel County, West Virginia for
entry of an Order by said Court changing his/her name
from Ivy Grace Butler to Ivy Grace Hayes at which time
and place any interested party may appear and be
heard, if they so desire.
You are hereby notified that this matter may be
rescheduled without further notice or publication.
