PUBLIC NOTICE
The Monongalia County Commission will hold Public Hearings on July 15, 2026 in the County Commission Chambers located in Room 202 of the Monongalia County Courthouse, 243 High Street, Morgantown, West Virginia, at 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as may be heard, at which time the Commission will hear any information or comments you wish to give regarding the following:
Case MA 001-2026: Request for an Amendment to the West Run Planning District Zoning Map from Low Density Residential (R-1) to General Commercial (C-2) for the property legally described as Union Tax Map Tax Map 21 Parcels 20, 21, 22, 23, 23.1, 24, and 25. These parcels are near the corner of Stewartstown and West Run Rd.
