ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of the above-entitled action is to allow Petitioners guardianship of the parties child. And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the mother is Allison Meade and her last known address is unknown to the Petitioners, is no longer valid and the current address of the mother is currently is unknown to the Petitioners, it is ORDERED that the said Allison Meade serve upon Robert B. Kuenzel, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is 36 Adams Street, P.O. Box 607, Chapmanville, West Virginia, 25508-0607, an objection to the Petition for Appointment of Guardianship filed in this action on or before the hearing date below, otherwise said petition may be granted at any time thereafter. FURTHER, said Allison Meade shall take notice that a Hearing in this matter is scheduled for August 17, 2026 at 10:30 A.M., in the Family Court of Logan County, West Virginia, at the Logan County Courthouse, 300 Stratton Street, Logan, West Virginia 25601, before the Honorable Christopher Workman, Family Court Judge. A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his/her office.
