Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Professional Services
The City of Morgantown is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified engineering and architectural firms to provide on-call professional services. Services may include, but are not limited to, concept design, preparation of plans and specifications, surveying, traffic studies, permit review, construction administration and inspection services for various City projects and planning initiatives.
Responses from prospective firms must be submitted to the City no later than 3:00 p.m. on July 16, 2026. The leading firms will be invited to participate in interviews with the selection committee.
