INVITATION TO BID The City of Grafton will be accepting sealed bids for the installation of a new ramp and railing at City Hall until 4:00 p.m., Monday, July 20, 2026, at the Office of the City Clerk, Grafton Municipal Building, 1 West Main Street, Grafton, WV 26354. Sealed bids shall be publicly opened at the Grafton City Council Meeting, 5:00 p.m., July 21, 2026. Proposal specifications may be obtained at the Office of the City Clerk, Grafton Municipal Building, 1 West Main Street, Grafton, WV 26354. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Bid proposals must be sealed in an envelope and either mailed or hand delivered to the City Clerk and marked “Ramp Replacement” with the bidder’s name and address on the outside of the envelope. Unsealed bids will not be accepted.
