It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that SARAH NEAL has been unable to be located by GARY NEAL, II and that he/she has used due diligence to determine the address. Therefore, SARAH NEAL shall serve upon GARY NEAL, II, 1356 Hansford Street, Suite A, Charleston, WV 25301, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense he/she may have to the Petition filed in this action on or before July 29, 2026. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
