It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that NATIVA MARIE EVERLY has been unable to be located by STEVEN LOUIS EVERLY, SR. and that he/she has used due diligence to determine the address. Therefore, NATIVA MARIE EVERLY shall serve upon STEVEN LOUIS EVERLY, SR., 151 MASSIE HOLLOW ROAD, RIVESVILLE, WV 26588, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense he/she may have to the Petition filed in this action on or before July 31, 2026. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
