The object of the above entitled action for the Plaintiff to receive judgment against Defendants Larry Green and Dominique R. Cozort in the amount of $5,913.67 with interest, and that the Defendants be required to answer or make appearance as in an action for a civil complaint in the above styled action.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that Plaintiff, United Bank, it is ordered that Larry Green and Dominique R. Cozort to serve upon the Raleigh County Circuit Court, whose address is 222 Main Street, Beckley, WV 25801, and Golden & Amos, PLLC whose address is PO Box 81, Parkersburg, WV 26102, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before August 5, 2026, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Larry Green and Dominique R. Cozort any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk's Office.
