IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 25-JA-145 JAMAR JOHNSON, biological father of J.B., whose date of birth is October 21, 2025, natural children of Danielle Burt aka Danielle Jako.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Human Services, has filed a petition alleging that JAMAR JOHNSON have abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infants J.B., whose date of birth is October 21, 2025. It is ORDERED that JAMAR JOHNSON is to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 16th day of July, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. for a Disposition Hearing if they so desire to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights of JAMAR JOHNSON, biological father of J.B., whose date of birth is October 21, 2025 may be terminated.
