The operation is discharging into Unnamed Tributaries of/and Lick Run of Clear fork of Big Coal River of Coal River; Unnamed Tributaries of/and Right Fork and Unnamed Tributaries of/and Maynor Branch both of Dixons Branch; Unnamed Tributaries of/and Willis Branch; all of Paint Creek; ALL of Kanawha River and is located 2.3 miles, southwest of Pax in Plateau, Clear Fork and Town District of Fayette and Raleigh County, Longitude 81° 17' 40" and Latitude 37° 53' 24" (Coordinates from USGS Topographic Map).
