Accounting and Bookkeeping Services
The Raleigh County Memorial Airport (RCMA) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide professional accounting and bookkeeping services.
The selected firm will provide services that may include, but are not limited to:
-Utilize Quick Books or Sage Software
-Have CPA on staff
-General bookkeeping and accounting
-Financial statement preparation
-Bank reconciliations
-Accounts payable and receivable
-Budget assistance
-Financial reporting
-Assistance with annual audit preparation
-Compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations
Qualified respondents must demonstrate experience providing accounting and bookkeeping services for organizations similar in size and complexity to RCMA. Proposals should include the firm's qualifications, relevant experience, references, and proposed scope of services. Proposals may be submitted to:

Sealed proposals must be received no later than July 31, 2026 at 5 PM at the address listed above. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.
RCMA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities or irregularities, and accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the organization.
