THE OBJECT OF THE ABOVE TITLED ACTION IS THE TAKING OF A PORTION OF DEFENDANTS’ LAND FOR PUBLIC USE FOR THE PURPOSE OF A PUBLIC SEWER LINE It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the said Defendants, O.E. Rogers, Charles T. Miller, Edna L. Miller, Charles T. Miller, Jr., Winona Baptist Church, and ABC Lands, their successors and assigns, are either non-residents of the State of West Virginia, or their respective addresses are unknown, it is hereby ordered that the Defendants serve upon Philip J. Tissue, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is 303 Jones Avenue, Oak Hill, West Virginia 25901, an Answer, or other defense filed in this action on or before 20 days from the date of the last publication of this Order, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against them at any time thereafter.
