The object of the above entitled action is to correct the legal description relating to the Deed of Trust recorded in Greenbrier County, West Virginia in Trust Deed Book 519, at page 11.
And it appearing by that the identity and whereabouts of respondents, Estate of Frances J. Williams and William E. Williams, are unknown and cannot be located after due diligence, it is ORDERED that the above named respondents serve upon petitioner’s attorney Victoria L. Wilson or W. Scott Campbell, of the law firm of Samuel I. White, P.C., whose mailing address is 601 Morris Street, Suite 400, Charleston, WV 25301, an answer or any defense to the petition filed in this action, on or before February 10, 2015, otherwise judgment by default may be taken aganist said respondents at any time thereafter. A copy of the petition in this action may be obtained from the undersigned Clerk’s office.
