TO ALL HEIRS, DEVISEES, SUCCESSORS IN INTEREST OR PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF MARGIE JEAN ALDRIDGE TACKETT, Deceased.
Notice is given that on October 26, 2015, Marc J. Slotnick, Esquire was appointed as Special Commissioner to determine the heirs regarding the Estate of Margie Jean Aldridge Tackett who died intestate on February 28, 2015 in Kanawha County, West Virginia. Further information can be obtained by reviewing the estate file in the office of the Kanawha County Fiduciary Supervisor and office of the Circuit Clerk of Kanawha County, WestVirginia or by contacting the Special Commissioner herein. The object of this suit is to as certain those persons, if any, entitled to receive the residuary estate, should all the believed residuary beneficiaries, fail to establish that they are the sole and lawful beneficiaries to take from the estate. Evidence having been taken that additional individuals are unknown heirs and descendants of Margie Jean Aldridge Tackett, deceased and other unknown heirs, devisees and successors in interest who are proceeded against as parties unknown, who may have an interest in said residuary estate, and that their names, whereabouts and post office addresses are unknown, it is hereby ORDERED that such persons take steps necessary to protect their interest in this action on or before the 11th day of February, 2016 and also contact Marc J. Slotnick, Esquire as Special Commissioner herein via telephone at (304) 720-0750 or by mailing such notice to him at 500  Virginia Street East, Suite 600, Charleston, West Virginia 25301 within the time period set forth herein. Upon information and belief, the last location of residence of some of the unknown heirs herein is believed to have been Greenbrier County, West Virginia such individuals believing to have been but not limited to: KATHRYN OR KATHLEEN SANDERS, OR HER HEIRS OR DEVISESS, WILLIAM M. VANCE, JR. OR HIS HEIRS OR DEVISEES, CAPITOLA PACK, OR HER HEIRS OR DEVISEES, FRED J. PACK, JR. OR HIS HEIRS OR DEVISEES, ANDY J. ALDRIDGE OR HIS HEIRS OR DEVISEES, ELMER ALDRIDGE OR HER HEIRS OR DEVISEES.
It is further ORDERED that this Notice be published once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the Counties of Kanawha and Greenbrier, West Virginia.
