The purpose of this action is to advise unknown father of B.G. that a preliminary hearing is presently scheduled in regard to his biological child, B. G., who is presently in the physical and legal custody of the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources.
It appearing that the last known whereabouts of unknown father is in the Lewisburg,West Virginia area, it is ORDERED that Unknown father appear in the office of the Honorable Robert E. Richardson,  Judge of the Circuit Court of Greenbrier County, 200 North Court Street, Lewisburg, West Virginia 24901, on Tuesday, January 19, 2016, at 1:15 PM., of that day and object, or make other defense, to the preliminary hearing.
