NOTICE OF TRUSTEE SALE
Notice is hereby given that by virtue of that certain Deed of Trust dated June 6, 2008, executed by H. Wyatt Hanna, III and Terri A. Hanna,  unto J. Michael Anderson, Substitute Trustee, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book 633 at Page 564, the makers of the note and obligation secured thereby having failed to pay the same as provided for under the terms of said note and Deed of Trust, and default not cured within the terms of said note and Deed of Trust, the holder of the note having declared the whole thereof to be due and payable and having requested the undersigned, in writing, to make sale of the real estate described in said Deed of Trust, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder on February 26, 2016, at 11:00 AM of that day at the front door of the courthouse of Greenbrier County, Lewisburg, West Virginia, the following described real estate, to-wit:
All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land, together with the buildings and improvements, if any,and /or personal property thereon,  easements, rights of way and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate, in Irish Corner District, Greenbrier County, West Virginia,located on both sides of State Secondary Route No. 48, and more particularly designated and described as Lot No. 5 of the Riverside Addition, as set out and shown upon a map or plat of the said Riverside Addition, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia in Record of Maps Book No. 3 at Page 90 which lot is situate on both sides of the said State Secondary Route No. 48 and extends to the low water mark of the Greenbrier River, as shown upon the aforesaid map.
“Beginning at the North East Corner of Lewis and 7th Streets and with tie line N 75-50 W 300 feet to the starting corner, thence N 75-50 W 100 feet to a stake, thence S 14-10 W 125 feet to a stake, thence S 75-50 E 100 feet to a stake thence N 14.10 E 125 feet to the beginning and containing 12,500 square feet.”
THERE IS HEREBY EXCEPTED AND RESERVED from the above described property on the west boundary line 12 foot strip for the purpose of constructing a driveway to the adjoining property on the said west boundary line owned by Lucille T. Smith and Earl E. Smith.
And being the same real property conveyed unto H. Wyatt Hanna, III and Terri Hanna, husband and wife, by deed dated January 24, 2012, from Horace W. Venters and Geneva L. Venters, husband and wife, and recorded in the aforesaid clerk’s office.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash in hand paid on day of sale subject to all unpaid property taxes, restrictive covenants, reservations, and easements.
