You will take notice that Scott B. Owen, the purchaser of the following real estate, Certification No. 355117, located in Wheeling District, Wheeling OT S 1/2 L 76 which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of Arnold Scott, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of Ohio County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on 01/09/2016. Scott B. Owen requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after 03/28/2016, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate.
