REQUEST FOR BIDS
EMERGENCY GENERATOR
The Town of Alderson is requesting sealed bids for the purchase and installation of a 100KW generator and service rated ATS funded by the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program inside the Alderson Community Center including propane tanks, all connections, and all the additions required to create a safe, seamless transition to generator power in the event of an emergency need. Detailed bid specifications can be requested by e-mail to [email protected]. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 1:00
PM on Monday, February 1, 2016 on site at 400 East Chestnut Avenue. Sealed bids clearly marked “Generator Sealed Bid” will be accepted until 3:00 PM on Thursday, February 11, 2016 at the offices of the Town of Alderson, 202 South Monroe Street, Alderson, WV 24910. The Town of Alderson reserves the right to reject any or all bids pre-sented.
