PUBLICATION NOTICE
The object of the above entitled action is to obtain an Order from the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, authorizing the adoption of the infant child, Mikhaila A. Harrell, born on May 7, 2015, in Wheeling, Ohio County, West Virginia. Notice is hereby given to the father of the infant child, Maurice Walker, Jr., or any other person claiming to be the father of the infant or to any other party having an interest in these proceedings, that a hearing will be held on the 25th day of April, 2016, at 11:00 a.m., before the Honorable James P. Mazzone, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, in his courtroom at the Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, West Virginia, for the purpose of terminating parental rights of the natural father, and for the purpose of Ordering the adoption of said minor child.
It is ORDERED that the natural father, Maurice Walker, Jr., or any other person claiming to be the father of the infant child, or any other interested party, appear on the 25th day of April, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. before the Honorable James P. Mazzone, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, in his courtroom at the Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, West Virginia, for the purpose of objecting to the said adoption; otherwise, an Order may be granted authorizing the adoption. A copy of said Petition for Adoption can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
