The object of this suit is to obtain Divorce w/ Children.
It appearing by the affidavit filed in this action that the whereabouts of Joseph Kennedy Gomes are unknown; it is hereby ordered that Joseph Kennedy Gomes serve upon: Susmita Gomes, 71 Old Martinsburg Rd. Apt. D, Shepherdstown, WV 25443, an answer including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before March 19, 2016. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
A copy of said complaint can be obtained from they undersigned clerk at her office.
