It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Felipe Rodriguez and Felipa Experanza Rodriguez De Rodriguez are unable to be located, having made a good faith effort to effectuate service, and that Felipe Rodriguez and Felipa Experanza Rodriguez De Rodriguez residences are unknown, notice is hereby given to the above named parties that a Petition for Appointment of Guardian in the above captioned matter has been previously filed in the Family Court of Jefferson County by Jose Rodriguez-Rodriguez and Michelle Villeda-Rodriguez.
Notice is further given that a hearing is scheduled for the 1st day of March, 2016 at 9:30 a.m., before the Honorable David Greenberg located at 119 N. George Street, Charles Town, WV 25414.
It is ordered that Felipe Rodriguez and Felipa Experanza Rodriguez De Rodriguez do appear at the time and place shown above, and serve upon Dale Buck, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is 306 W. Burke St., Martinsburg, WV 25401 an answer to the Petition filed in this action prior to March 1, 2016, otherwise, judgment by default may be taken against them at any time thereafter.
A copy of the Petition can be obtained from the Clerk of the Jefferson County Family Court, 119 N. George St., Charles Town, WV 25414.
