Please take notice that on the 14th day of March 2016, at 5:00 p.m. in City Council Chambers, City- County Building, Wheeling, West Virginia, the Planning Commission will meet to consider the application of Kate Marshall, for a Special Use Permit for a mixed use: residential / religious land use located at 114 – 14th Street.
East ½ of lot forty nine (49) on Plat of Graham’s Addition, situated on south side of 14th Street between Jacob & Wood Streets, in the City of Wheeling, Ohio County, West Virginia.
