PUBLIC NOTICE
The City of Wheeling’s Historic Landmarks Commission will conduct two public hearings on Thursday, March 3, 2016 at 3:30 p.m. in City Council Chambers on applications for Certificates of Appropriateness for exterior alterations to buildings located at 2135 Market Street and 2149 Market Streets in the Centre Market Square Historic District.
