The object of this suit is to obtain child custody and allocation of custodial responsibility. It appearing by the affidavit filed in this action that the whereabouts of Yarivelisse Novegil-Martinez are unknown; it is hereby ordered that Yarivelisse Novegil-Martinez serve upon: Oscar Armando Novegil, 156 Cherry St., Geneva, NY 14456, an answer including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before April 3, 2016. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned clerk at her office.
