INVITATION TO BID
Sealed bids will be received by the Housing Authority of the City of Wheeling, WV, 11 Community Street, Wheeling, WV 26003 until 1:30PM/EST on TUESDAY, APRIL 12, 2016 for two prime contracts with the Authority. They are identified as follows:

or obtained from the office of the Architect, Shaeffer & Madama, Inc., 57 Fourteenth Street, Wheeling, WV 26003 upon receipt of $100 deposit per project. Any unsuccessful bidder returning such set within ten (10) consecutive calendar days following the bid opening in good, reusable condition will be refunded their deposit less postage. Non-bidders will not receive a refund. Contractors are limited to two (2) sets by deposit.
The Housing Authority of the City of Wheeling may consider informal any bid not prepared in accordance with the provisions of this advertisement and/or the specifications and may waive any informality or reject any and all bids. The contract will be awarded following HUD approval.
