The object of the above entitled civil action is to recover furniture and personal belongings, and other relief as the Court or jury may find that was sustained by Plaintiff(s) as a result of a tax sale that accrued in December 2015 in Wheeling, Ohio County, West Virginia. That appearing by an Affidavit filed in this action that the Plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of defendant without effect.
It is ordered that the defendant(s) is required to serve upon Brenda L. Miller, Clerk of the Circuit Court of OhioCounty, whose address is Ohio County Courthouse, 1500 Chapline Stree Fourth Floor, Wheeling, WV 26003, upon plaintiff, Penelope Prunty, whose address is 111 N. 11th St., Wheeling, WV 26003 an Answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before April 16, 2016 otherwise that Judgment by Default will be rendered against defendant Dworka Vemuri, at any time thereafter.
Defendant Dworka Vemuri can obtain a copy of the Complaint from the undersigned clerk.
