NOTICE OF FILING OF PETITION FOR FOREITURE
The object of this suit is to seek an order forfeiting the herein-described property pursuant to the West Virginia Contraband Forfeiture Act (West Virginia Code, Section 60A-7-701 et seq.).
TO: Antwon Pullum and/or Jared Johnson and/or any claimant of a right or interest in said property.
You have a right to file a claim or interest in said property on or before May 13, 2016. Any such claim must clearly state the identity of the claimant and an address where legal process can be served upon said claimant.
The property seized which is the subject of this suit is Four Hundred Ninety Dollars ($490.00) United States currency.
The property was seized by the Ohio Valley Drug Task Force on August 6, 2014, in Wheeling, West Virginia.
After the date for filing of any said claims, an order of the Court directing forfeiture of the seized property and vesting ownership of said property in the State shall be sought.
If you fail to file a claim, after proper hearing an order may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
