PUBLIC NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS OF
STARCK VAN LINES, INC.
Pursuant to a Commission Order from the West Virginia Public Service Commission in Case Nos. 16-0202-MC-TC and 16-0203-MC-TC issued on March 28, 2016, Starck Van Lines, Inc. and Summit Moving and Storage, Inc. have agreed to transfer P.S.C. Certificate Nos. F-2281 and F-692 to Summit Moving and Storage, Inc. Summit Moving and Storage, Inc. shall be serving the customers of Starck Van Lines, Inc. in the certificated territory under emergency temporary operating authority granted by the Public Service Commission per the above order. Summit Moving and Storage, Inc. is required by the terms of the above order to charge the same tariff rates and charges for service as authorized by the Public Service Commission for Starck Van Lines, Inc. in the certificated territory. In addition, further proceedings will be held before the Public Service Commission to determine the entity to ultimately serve the certificated territory. The territory to be served by Summit Moving and Storage, Inc. under P.S.C. M.C. Certificate Nos. F-2281 and F-692 are described as follows:

Certificate No. F-2281 authorizes:

Operation as a common carrier by motor vehicle in the transportation of household goods, office and store equipment and furniture, in Hancock and Brooke Counties between points and places in said counties and points and places in West Virginia.

Certificate No. F-692 authorizes:

Operation as a common carrier by motor vehicle in the transportation of commodities generally in local transfer and cartage service in the City of Wheeling and communities adjacent thereto; in the transportation of household goods and related articles in the City of Wheeling; in the transportation of commodities generally between Moundsville and Wheeling and between Wheeling and Wellsburg, via State Route No. 2; in the transportation of household goods, office furniture, and store fixtures between points and places in West Virginia; and in the transportation of commodities generally, in truckload lots, from points and places in Hancock, Brooke, Ohio, Marshall, and Wetzel Counties on the one hand and points and places in West Virginia on the other hand; upon the express conditions that the use of the words “truckload lots” means truck-load shipments as defined and set forth in the tariff of C.J. Dickman, Junior, doing business as C.J. Dickman Transfer, on file with the Interstate Commerce Commission; and that C.J. Dickman, Junior, doing business as C.J. Dickman Transfer, is not hereby granted -authority to transport iron and steel articles that exceed twenty feet in length or weigh more than five tons; provided however, that the last restriction shall not apply to the transportation of said articles between points and places in Hancock, Brooke, Ohio, Marshall and Wetzel Counties, on the one hand, and points and places in West Virginia lying south of U.S. Route 60 and east of U.S. Route 19 on the other, including towns and cities situate along said highways.
