NOTICE
Sealed proposals for a student banking and debit card program (student refund services) will be received by West Virginia Northern Community College in Room 102 of the B&O Building, 1704 Market Street, Wheeling WV, 26003, attention: Joan Harvath, until 10:00 a.m. local time on April 29, 2016, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
All bids must be submitted in accordance with the requirements stipulated in the Request for Proposal (RFP) to be considered. After the opening, the bids will be compared for quality, thoroughness, and cost by the College. The successful bidder, if any, will be contacted by the College upon completion of the review of all bids documents.
