The City of Wheeling’s Historic Landmarks Commission will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, May 5, 2016 at 3:30 p.m. in City Council Chambers on an application for a Certificate of Appropriateness for exterior alterations to the building located at 2131Market Street in the Centre Market Square Historic District.
