NOTICE OF HEARING
On December 29, 2015, American Disposal Services of West Virginia, Inc., dba Republic Services of West Virginia (American) filed a Tariff Rule 42A application to increase rates and charges under P.S.C. M.C. Certificate Number F-7356 by 17.77{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c} and for emergency interim rates. For residential customers the proposed rate is $21.61 pr month.
This matter has been set for hearing on June 2, 2016, at 12:30 p.m. in the Ohio County Public Library Classroom, 52 Sixteenth Street, Wheeling, West Virginia.
Interested individuals may appear at the hearing and be heard. Individuals may also mail written comments by mailing the protests or comments to Ingrid Ferrell, Executive Director, P.O. Box 812, Charleston, West Virginia 25323 within ten days of the date of this publication. The rates and charges approved by the Commission may be more than, the same as or less than those requested.
