NOTICE FOR BIDS

West Liberty University will be accepting sealed bids for the following project: Parking lot paving and sealing. Sealed bids will be received in the Purchasing Office, Shaw Hall, Room 315, West Liberty University, West Liberty, WV 26074 until2:00 PM on May 19, 2016. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately thereafter in Shaw Hall Room 315 West Liberty University.
There will be amandatory pre-bid conferenceregarding the above project to be held at West Liberty University at the Myers Maintenance Building on Tuesday May 11, 2016 at 10:00 AM. All vendors wishing to submit a bid must attend this pre-bid conference to be considered.
Copies of the bidding documents and instructions for submitting proposals will be available in the West Liberty University Purchasing Office Shaw Hall Room 315 or by contacting the Director of Purchasing, Katrina Hyde, at:
