NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that on the 2nd day of June, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. at the regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Fayetteville, 125 North Court Street, Fayetteville, WV, the Town Council proposes to finally vote on the adoption of an ordinance, the subject matter of which is as follows: Ordinance 2016-7 AMENDMENT TO 141.08 PERPETUAL CARE Hereafter 141.08 (b) shall be as follows and the previous 141.08 is hereby REPEALED (b) The Huse Memorial Park Perpetual Care Fund shall be funded by the payment therto of ten per cent (10{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c}) of the gross revenue derived from the sale of cemetery lots as established on March 4, 1993, and there shall be paid into said fund five per cent (5{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c}) of the gross revenue derived from the sale of any niche or crypt in the mausoleum, as provided by West Virginia law.
