NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Under authority of that certain Deed of Trust dated June 26, 2007, from Thomas Calvin Keller to E. Dennis White, Trustee, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia on Roll No. 5027, at page 5773, securing a promissory note in the principal amount of $56,730.30, payable to Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., and default having been made under the promissory note secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust and sale requested by Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at the front door of the Raleigh County Courthouse in Beckley, West Virginia on June 16, 2016 at 9:45 a.m., subject to all reservations, exceptions, easements and other matters which appear of record, and subject to all unpaid taxes, if any, that certain surface real estate, together with the improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situated on the Beckley-Harper Road in the Town Tax District, Raleigh County, West Virginia, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING with a point corner to F. A. Rinehart on the Beckley-Harper Road right of way; thence with said road S. 8 f 30′ 00″ E 236.89 feet to a point on right of way of said road (WV Route 3); thence N 73 f 41′ 14″ E 230.60 feet with fence line and line of M. D. Tompkie’s heirs to a 1/2 inch iron pin; thence S 79 f 19′ 40″ W. 173.34 feet with a fence to the beginning containing 1.05 acres more or less, as surveyed by Mountaineer Engineering & Surveying, Inc., in August 1993 which plat is of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission for Raleigh County, West Virginia at Microfilm Roll 48, at page 2108. Being the same property conveyed from Melissa Keller Wilson to Thomas Calvin Keller by Deed dated July 22, 2003, of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s office on Roll No. 5010, at page 2061.
