The City of Wheeling is accepting bids for Warwood Tennis Courts. Receipt deadline is 2:00 PM June 28, 2016 in the City Manager’s Office, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, WV 26003. There is a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for June 16, 2016 at 10:00 AM at the project site.
