NOTICE TO SELL
The Wetzel County Board of Education, 333 Foundry Street, New Martinsville, WV will offer for sale by sealed bid the following buses/vehicles:
One (1) 1992 International Dump Truck, 6 Cylinder
One (1) 2004 International 77 passenger school bus, Automatic Transmission, (Engine problems) Bus #3
One (1) 2000 International 77 passenger school bus, Manual Transmission (Front End Damage) Bus #10
One (1) 2000 International 77 passenger school bus, Manual Transmission, Bus #41
One (1) 2006 Ford E150 Cargo Van, Automatic
One (1) 1995 Ford F250 4X4 Truck, Manual Transmission
Each school bus will be sold as is: no 2-way radio, or camera recording devices are included in any bus purchase. Visual inspection of the buses can be made at the Wetzel County School Bus Garage, Rts. 7/20, New Martinsville, WV from 7:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. daily, Monday through Friday, until Thursday, June 30th, 2016.
Sealed bids are to be received at the Wetzel County Board of Education, 333 Foundry Street, New Martinsville, WV 26155 by 2:00 p.m. on or before June 30th, 2016. Sealed bids will be accepted by mail or delivery service. The successful bidder/bidders will be notified by July 6th, 2016. The buses being sold must be removed from the premises at the Wetzel County School Bus Garage by July 22, 2016. Successful bidders will be accessed a $25.00/day fee per bus purchased if not removed by July 22, 2016. The Wetzel County Board of Education will not be responsible for any towing of buses/vehicles that are sold.
The Wetzel County Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
