PUBLIC NOTICE
The Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of White Sulphur Springs will conduct a variance on Thursday, June 30, 2016 at 7:30 PM in Council Chambers at White Sulphur Springs City Hall. The purpose of this variance will be to hear the request of Renee Mullins, 127 Prospect Lane, to build a privacy fence on free standing deck. The fence will be taller than 6 1/2 feet. Any fence over 6 1/2 feet requires a variance. The public is encouraged and invited to attend.
