PUBLIC COMMENT NOTICE
The West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine Board of Gover-nors, on behalf of the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine, 400 Lee Street North, Lewisburg, WV 24901 is announcing an opportunity for public comment on a proposed public sale of 0.247 acre land track more or less.
The subject land is located fronting along US Route 219 or also known as Jefferson Street or Seneca Trail, within the corporate limits of the City of Lewisburg, Greenbrier County, West Virginia. The subject has 57.54 foot frontage along US 219, extending back 212.11 on the right side, 43.88 along the rear section and 246.27 feet along the left property boundary. The subject is Zoned R-1, has been surveyed, and has public water and sewer available, along with other amenities such as natural gas, cable T.V., etc. Greenbrier County, WV Property Map, parcel ID: 10-20-201: Deed 490 page 786 Parcel 4.
Upon completion of the public notice period, and after addressing any written comments, the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine will submit the final documentation to Ernest Piercy, Warehouse Supervisor.  Written com-ments can be accepted by email to [email protected] no later than 3:00 PM on 11 July 2016 to be included in the formal records.
