INVITATION TO BID
Wheeling Park and the Wheeling Park Commission invite bidders to submit bids to provide all work, including labor, material, and equipment for:
Replacement of the Wheeling Park Tennis Air Structure
The Wheeling Park Commission is requesting proposals to undertake the removal and disposal of an existing Air Structure at the site and then the subsequent design, fabrication, supply and installation of an insulated, opaque, air-supported structure assembly. The structure system will consist of a fabric envelope with thermal/acoustical liner, insulation, emergency exit doors, hanging LED lighting systems, and other miscellaneous hardware and equipment as noted or as required to provide a fully operational air supported structure. An automatic air inflation system with pressure control including a remote monitoring and stand-by emergency inflation, inflation hot air heating system is existing and will be retained.
All Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Bidding Documents issued by the Owner and the Request for Bids. Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Owner during a site visit and by contacting Curt Byrum at 304-243-4004 or 304-281-0336 or at:

There will be no pre-bid meeting but in order to be considered as a qualified bidder, potential bidders must make arrangements to visit the site to ascertain existing conditions and to meet with the Owner.
Sealed Bids will be received by Wheeling Park Commission until 2:00 pm, on Tuesday, August 2, 2016. Bids may be mailed to:

The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Main Office/Visitor’s Center at that time.
The Wheeling Park Commission reserves the right to delete any or all portions of the bid, waive any informalities or minor defects, and reject any or all bids.
