The City of Wheeling is accepting bids for Main Street Storm Sewer. Receipt deadline is 2:00 PM August 24, 2016 in the City Manager’s Office, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, WV 26003. There is a mandatory pre- bid meeting scheduled for August 10, 2016 at 10:00 AM in the City Council Chambers located on the first floor of the City County Building.
