AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that SWN Production Company, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a modification to an existing air permit, for the “OE Burge Pad” well site located at 266 Teagarden Lane, Cameron, West Virginia 26033 in Marshall County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 39.750760, -80.631910.
The applicant estimates the site, based on this modification, has the potential to emit the following Regulated Air Pollutants: NOx – 3.51 TPY, CO – 2.95 TPY, VOC – 16.00 TPY, SO* – 0.02 TPY, PM – 5.30 TPY, Ethyl benzene – 0.13 TPY, Benzene – 0.01 TPY, Formaldehyde – <0.01 TPY, n-Hexane - 0.53 TPY, Toluene - 0.10 TPY, Xylenes - 0.37 TPY, Carbon Dioxide - 2,946.16 TPY, Methane - 17.56 TPY, Nitrous Oxide - 0.04 TPY, Carbon Monoxide equivalent - 3,387.45 TPY.
Startup of operation is planned to begin following approval of modification by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
