RALEIGH COUNTY COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that on the 20th day of September, 2016 in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom, 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia at 10:00 a.m., the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia will hold a Public Hearing upon the petition of Gary and Ronald Warden for the purpose of closing a section of Broadway Street located adjacent to property they own and shown on Town District, Tax Map 300-4, Parcels 68, 69, 70, 71, 72, 171, 172, 173, 200 and 201, MacArthur, West Virginia. Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and lace indicated above.
