Please take notice that on the 15th day of September, 2016, at 9:30 a.m. in City Council Chambers, Room 103, City-County Building, Wheeling, WV, the Board of Zoning Appeals will meet to consider the application of Milton Max Shanley for a variance (1) From Schedule 5-A: To reduce the front yard setback in the EMO District from 30′ to 0′; and (2) To reduce the total side yard setback from 12′ to 0′. Purpose of Request: To construct new buildings.
