The object of the above entitled action is a suit for an Unlawful Detainer.
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that William A. Clemens, Agnes Joan Clemens, John R. Clemens, The Estate of William A. Clemens, The Estate of Agnes Joan Clemens, and And/or Any Current Occupants are individual defendants and that the plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of the defendants, without effect, and that in this action that Emmanuel D. Vocces, Esquire, counsel for plaintiff, has used due diligence to ascertain the whereabouts of the defendants William A. Clemens, Agnes Joan Clemens, John R. Clemens, The Estate of William A. Clemens, The Estate of Agnes Joan Clemens, and And/or Any Current Occupants via personal service on June 8th, 2016 without effect, it is therefore
ORDERED that William A. Clemens, Agnes Joan Clemens, John R. Clemens, The Estate of William A. Clemens, The Estate of Agnes Joan Clemens, and And/or Any Current Occupants do appear and serve upon Emmanuel D. Vocces, Esquire, and the law firm of Samuel I. White, PC, plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 5040 Corporate Woods Drive Suite 120 Virginia Beach, VA 23462, an answer or other response to the Complaint on or before thirty (30) days from the second publication date, otherwise judgment by default will be entered against William A. Clemens, Agnes Joan Clemens, John R. Clemens, The Estate of William A. Clemens, The Estate of Agnes Joan Clemens, and And/or Any Current Occupants at any time thereafter.
A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office located in Ohio County, West Virginia.
